Shift: 6:30am-4:30pm (M-F)
Pay: $18.00 - 20.00+/hour  *based on experience*
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team, committed to delivering exceptional service and support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the handling, transportation, and staging of building materials while upholding our company’s core values.

You’ll be set up for success with great training and support!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all trucks are loaded and secured in compliance with company policies and D.O.T. regulations.

  • Safely unload, protect, move, and stage materials per customer specifications.

  • Consistently lift and handle materials weighing 70 lbs or more.

  • Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills at all times.

  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA standards.

  • Maintain punctuality and dependable attendance.

  • Participate in scheduled monthly and annual physical inventory counts as needed.

  • Exhibit a general understanding of building materials and a willingness to expand product knowledge.

  • Uphold and promote company values including Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, and being an employer and partner of choice.

  • Work a consistent schedule of 40–50 hours per week with flexibility as needed.
