POSITION PURPOSE
Develop, train, implement, and continuously improve curriculum, best practices and policies for a diverse Material Services team. Develop, monitor, and periodically update Hazmat (DG) training curriculum as required by Republic and as regulated by the Federal Aviation Regulations. Provide departmental support and subject matter expertise to the Material Services team. Develop, implement and publish departmental tools including but not limited to KPI's, job aids, documented policies and procedures, Materials Alerts, and Comply 365 notifications. Ensure departmental and company manuals are accurate and up-to-date and initiate communication on compliance.

The work environment includes Outdoor weather conditions/Open air hangar up to 50% of the time.
Able to work a schedule that supports 24 hour operations.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Able to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel.
