As a Material Service Center Coordinator, you will coordinate material flow, monitor inventory performance, collaborate with global stakeholders, and support operational success through efficient logistics and procurement processes. Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
Inputs material requests into eMax once the Engine Operations Center enters various part numbers in WES
Generates daily status reports and performs all required actions to ensure timely delivery
Maintains and works with Lufthansa's Network Supply Chain to ensure on time and complete delivery
Manages Rolls Royce and Mobile Engine Services inventory levels, lead times, and costs
Ensures compliance of procurement activities with government regulations, company guidelines and policies (e.g. GOPs, Employee Handbook, etc.) as well as contractual agreements
Coordinates activities with production scheduling and planning
Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements
Performs other duties as assigned by the Lead and Manager of Supply Chain/Logistics & Facilities
