As our aftermarket and service operations continue to scale, were looking for a highly organized, customer-focused, operationally driven Service Support Specialist to help support our technicians, customers, fleet operations, and service execution teams.

What Youll Do
Serve as a key point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal teams regarding service-related requests
Deliver responsive, professional customer support with urgency and accuracy
Assist with troubleshooting coordination, service updates, and operational communication
Help ensure customers receive timely service support and equipment updates
Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently
Monitor and manage work in progress (WIP)
Open, update, and close work orders accurately
Support workload balancing and technician coordination
Help improve service department workflow, communication, and operational efficiency
Process warranty claims, fleet records, and service-related documentation
Maintain accurate customer, service, and operational records
Assist with rental equipment support, shipping/receiving coordination, and service administration
Support reporting, compliance tracking, and operational documentation
Coordinate with:

Help maintain strong communication across departments to support smooth service execution

3+ years of experience in:

Strong understanding of:

WIP management

Experience with:
ERP systems
service management software
CRM systems
Microsoft Office Suite
fleet/service platforms
Strong multitasking and organizational ability
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Forklift or material handling industry experience is highly preferred.
