Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to join a busy manufacturing team in Sapulpa. This position is responsible for loading, unloading, transporting, and organizing materials throughout the facility while ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.

Required Experience & Skills
Previous material handling or fabrication shop experience preferred
Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and industrial equipment
Ability to read and write basic shop communications
Ability to accurately use a tape measure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to successfully complete forklift certification training
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Load and unload raw materials and finished products from trucks and trailers
Package materials properly to ensure safe transportation and storage
Locate, move, and organize raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
Follow work instructions and material movement schedules accurately
Operate forklifts, industrial trucks, electric hoists, and other material handling equipment safely
Meet established productivity and quality standards
Maintain accurate material flow and inventory organization
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
Support workplace organization through established 5S practices
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous forklift experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic fabrication shop knowledge
Experience working around overhead cranes or heavy industrial equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
Ability to safely work around heavy industrial equipment and moving materials
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the workday
Work Environment
Heavy industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility
Safety Sensitive position requiring constant awareness of surrounding equipment and personnel
Exposure to forklifts, overhead cranes, trucks, heavy materials, and automated equipment
Overtime and occasional Saturday work based on production needs
