Material Handler – Manufacturing / Warehouse

Far North Fort Worth, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $21.50/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential when assigned to 2nd Shift
• Regular Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (4/10 schedule)
• Training Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Full-time, W2
• New hires will train on 1st Shift for approximately one month before transitioning to 2nd Shift
• Overtime available based on business needs
ROLE IMPACT
Support manufacturing and warehouse operations by ensuring materials are accurately received, identified, tracked, and delivered where needed. Success in this role is measured by inventory accuracy, timely material movement, safe forklift operation, and consistent support of production and shipping requirements.
• Pick, pull, stage, and move materials to support production and shipping operations
• Identify materials using part numbers, heat codes, and product specifications
• Operate sit-down propane forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, transport, receive, store, and distribute materials throughout the facility
• Maintain inventory accuracy, complete material transactions, and support documentation requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior material handling experience, including sit-down propane forklift operation
• Experience working with part numbers, heat codes, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Operate sit-down propane forklifts and material handling equipment
• Use computer systems for inventory tracking, material transactions, and email communication
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
• Work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment while maintaining safety and organization
