Job Title: Forklift Operator - 1st Shift (4-Day Work Week)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (3-Day Weekends!)

Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Loading: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Stock Management: Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated warehouse zones.
- Production Line Support: Act as the "heartbeat" of the plant floor by ensuring production lines are consistently supplied with necessary parts.
- Inventory Accuracy: Read Bills of Material (BOM) and verify part requirements with high attention to detail.
- Safety & Logistics: Operate material handling equipment safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently is required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency for tracking and logging materials.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout a 10-hour shift.
- Communication: Proficiency in English to ensure workplace safety and team coordination.
- Reliability: A track record of strong attendance and a desire for a stable, long-term role.
Shift Details and Overtime:
- Standard Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Overtime: Occasional Friday shifts may be required to meet production goals, offering an excellent opportunity to boost your take-home pay.
