Location: Morgan City, LA
Pay Rate: $17.75 - $20.00 per hour

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience in a related field)
- Ability to participate in a rotational on-call schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials consistently
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills for warehouse/inventory management systems
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity
- Ability to work at heights and near water when required
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus
- Previous forklift or material handling equipment experience
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, move, and store materials within the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare inventory for shipment with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies as needed
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests, invoices, and orders
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records
- Select appropriate shipping methods based on item type and delivery requirements
- Resolve shipping issues such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance in coordination with internal teams
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment
- Transport materials to various departments using carts, bins, and other equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
