Title: Material Handler Company: Wisconsin Heavy Fabrication Location: Manitowoc Department: Manufacturing / Materials Classification: Non-Exempt Reports To: Production Supervisor / Materials Manager
Position Summary The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and staging of raw materials, components, and finished goods used in the manufacturing of generator enclosures. This role supports production by ensuring materials are delivered to the correct workstations in a timely manner and that inventory is handled accurately throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has experience in a heavy fabrication or manufacturing environment and is comfortable operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
