Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves loading and unloading materials, accurately picking and scanning orders, and preparing shipments for distribution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and familiar with basic warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload products weighing up to 50 lbs
- Use a handheld scanner to accurately scan inventory and customer orders
- Pick and pull orders according to shipping schedules
- Prepare, package, and stage orders for shipment
- Operate a manual pallet jack safely and efficiently
- Verify order accuracy and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Knowledge of RF scanners and basic inventory systems
- Experience using a pallet jack
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
