    Job Title: Material Handler II

    Location: Atlanta, GA

    Duration: 6 months

    Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

    Job Summary

    The Material Handler II is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring materials are delivered to the required production areas in a timely manner while supporting manufacturing operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform physical and system-based material movements.
    • Generate work orders using an ERP system.
    • Process work order receipts in the ERP system.
    • Perform cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    • Support the coordination and flow of materials through manufacturing and assembly.
    • Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
    • Handle chemicals safely after receiving appropriate training.
    • Work overtime as required to meet business needs.
    • Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
    • Comply with FDA regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and standard work instructions.
    • Maintain positive communication and collaboration with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience with inventory control and material handling.
    • Experience using ERP systems for work order processing.
    • Knowledge of cycle counting and inventory management.
    • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work overtime as needed.
    • Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
