Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start time as needed)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | +$0.50/hr differential

Requirements:

• 5+ years of forklift and material handling experience in a high-volume warehouse environment
• Valid forklift certification and ability to pass equipment evaluations
• Experience operating forklifts, side loaders, and overhead cranes
• Proficiency using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
• Ability to use precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
• Strong math and measurement skills, including reading measurements to 1/16″
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the shift
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity

Job Duties:

• Operate forklifts, side loaders, overhead cranes, and RF scanners to move materials safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load, unload, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Use measuring tools to verify product dimensions and accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment including cutting and banding tools
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions using RF devices
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed
