Job Title: Plasma Material Handling Associate Operator
Location: Clayton, NCJob Summary:
The Plasma Material Handling Associate Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing plasma materials within a warehouse and freezer environment. This role involves operating forklifts and pallet jacks, managing inventory through computerized systems, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cGMP standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload plasma shipments from donor centers.
  • Sort, inspect, and store plasma inventory in designated freezer and warehouse locations.
  • Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move materials safely.
  • Use inventory management systems and RF scanners to track material movement.
  • Pull and prepare plasma materials for processing and distribution.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
  • Follow SOPs, cGMP guidelines, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and freezer areas.
  • Support inventory control and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, or FDA-regulated environments preferred.
  • Forklift and material handling experience preferred.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 25 50 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to work in freezer environments (-30 C or colder).
  • Ability to stand, walk, and operate material handling equipment throughout the shift.
