Material Handler

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate Hi-Lo and tugger safely & efficiently in accordance with MIOSHA and company standards
• Unload steel from delivery trucks and ensure specifications are correct
• Utilizing Hi-Lo or tugger transport material throughout the plant
• Empty scrap hoppers
• Inventory coils & bundles
• Perform visual inspection on material

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years experience operating Hi-Lo
• Automotive experience preferred
• Great attendance record
• Positive and team-oriented

PAY AND SHIFT TIMES

Position is on 3rd shift from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am. Mandatory overtime is possible. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour plus shift premium. This full-time hourly role is a part of our Materials team and reports to the Materials Supervisor and Manager.
