You will be a Material Coordinator for our team, which is responsible for managing the warehouse and inventory of materials. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all materials are received, stored, and shipped in a timely and efficient manner.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing general warehouse duties, including receiving, issuing, storing, shipping, and inventorying materials. You will also operate hand-held pallet jacks and forklifts to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials.

Your responsibilities will include:

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Final Secret Security Clearance REQUIRED, which requires U.S. citizenship
  • Experience operating Material Handling Equipment is required
  • Experience with shipping, Receiving, Inventory, Research and all other parts of a working Warehouse
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-priority short suspense environment

Desired Skills:

  • Inventory management system experience Data entry
  • SAP experience

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
