Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Material Coordinator II in Material Planning and Control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material coordination, with a focus on managing and optimizing inventory processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Process emergency customer machine down orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Support factory inventory goal initiatives, including managing obsolescence and scrap.
  • Handle receipt action keys to ensure timely and accurate inventory updates.
  • Manage drop-in orders for manufactured parts, ensuring prompt processing and delivery.
  • Coordinate Initial Service Order (ISO) shipping from the factory, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and timelines.
 
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
  • Proficient in SAP and CWIS/DNS experience.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, building strong working relationships.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates a willingness to learn.
 
Skills:
  • Degree in Business (Management, Supply Management, Marketing, Finance, etc.) or equivalent experience is preferred.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $27.03 - $27.03 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
