Material Coordinator-Oil and Gas

Your role on the team: (job description) 

  • Tracks material statuses by utilizing SAP IMOM reporting 
  •  Observes trends and customer requests to create and maintain maintenance schedules 
  • Participates in weekly material coordinator team calls to address issues and concerns being faced 
  • Maintains cyber and personal security for sensitive information 
  • Continuously improves use of ERP systems for planning to have better visibility of materials required to support projects/ operations.

What you need: (requirements) 

  • 3 years of related experience and/or training 
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field preferred 
  • SAP experience, specifically Material Management related 
  • Inventory Control experience 
  • PC Proficient with Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook 
  • Oil and gas experience preferred

  • Ability to handle multiple activities and prioritize work 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  •  Accountable for, and has ability to complete, commitments on time sensitive matters

  • Basic knowledge of demand planning and maintenance scheduling relating to materials  fulfillment and supply chain 
  • Basic knowledge of shipping/receiving and warehousing operations 
  • Willingness to improve and learn
