Location: Davenport, IA 52807 (Onsite)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Hours: 40–50 hours/week (including overtime and some weekends)
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $23.00/hour

Position Overview

This role focuses on inventory accuracy and analysis in a production environment. The Material Coordinator will support inventory cycle counts, perform root cause analysis, and resolve discrepancies impacting production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis related to inventory discrepancies
• Support and execute inventory cycle count processes
• Investigate and resolve production inventory issues
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and gaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and resolve issues
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in inventory records

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data and problem-solve
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., formulas, data analysis, charting)
• Experience working with spreadsheets and data from multiple sources
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred, not required)

• Schedule and shift assignment may change based on business needs
• Steel-toe boots with metatarsal protection are required on the first day
