Pay: $20.00 – $24.75/hr
Location: Onsite – Hayward, CA
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Key Responsibilities

  • Transfer, monitor, and reconcile finished goods inventory across manufacturing, warehouse, and offsite locations.

  • Conduct cycle counts, location audits, and resolve inventory discrepancies using ERP and SFDC.

  • Support picking, packing, and shipping of orders using scanners or manual methods.

  • Generate reports, assist with special projects, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Production Planning, Customer Service, and Finance.


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of materials or logistics experience, preferably in life sciences or temperature-sensitive environments.

  • Knowledge of GMP/ISO standards.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
