Master Technician – Lead, Diagnose, and Make an Impact

We’re looking for an experienced Master Technician to lead our shop, solve complex automotive issues, and help elevate the performance of our entire team.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, mentorship, and delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair:
    • Drivability issues
    • Brakes and suspension
    • Engines and electrical systems
    • A/C and computer systems
  • Support and assist technicians with advanced repairs
  • Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle needs and solutions
  • Lead by example—mentor team members and drive shop performance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of advanced automotive repair experience
  • EPA Section 609 Certification (required)
  • ASE Certifications (A1–A8 preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Physical Requirements

  • Lift 50+ lbs
  • Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments with exposure to weather and chemicals
