What You'll Do
- Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently while following dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including:
- Engine
- Transmission
- Electrical
- Steering & Suspension
- Brakes
- Air Conditioning
- And more
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs, estimated completion times, and customer recommendations.
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- 5–6 years of experience as a Master Acura Service Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ASE Certification a plus
- Technical school graduate
- Advanced ("A-Level") skills in diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service and computer skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- $1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS (details given upon job offer)
