We’re hiring a Texas Licensed Master Plumber for a fast-growing residential service company focused on clean work, quality service, and a strong team culture.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to grow, team-oriented, and technically strong in residential service & repair.

What You’ll Do

Perform residential plumbing service & repairs
Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide long-term solutions
Support and mentor journeymen technicians
Walk larger projects and help quote jobs
Present homeowners with repair/replacement options
Use tablet and GPS dispatch software to document work
Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites

What We’re Looking For

Active Texas Master Plumber License
Strong residential service & repair experience
Excellent diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
Professional communication and customer service
Team-first mindset with low ego and strong work ethic
