Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential service calls, diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently
- Repair, replace, and install plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
- Present clear, upfront pricing and communicate solutions to customers
- Maintain accurate service records, including parts usage and invoicing
- Ensure service vehicle and tools are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training
- Educate customers on available service plans and maintenance options
- Follow all safety standards and maintain a professional appearance
- Support operational processes including inventory, dispatch, and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
- Valid Ohio Master Plumber License
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and blueprint reading
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Safety-focused and detail-oriented
