Master Plumber

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential service calls, diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently
• Repair, replace, and install plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
• Present clear, upfront pricing and communicate solutions to customers
• Maintain accurate service records, including parts usage and invoicing
• Ensure service vehicle and tools are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training
• Educate customers on available service plans and maintenance options
• Follow all safety standards and maintain a professional appearance
• Support operational processes including inventory, dispatch, and documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Valid Ohio Master Plumber License
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and blueprint reading
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented
