About Us:
Air Authority LLC is a fast-growing residential service company specializing in HVAC solutions across the San Antonio area. We’ve built a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and customer service—and now we’re expanding. We are launching a full-service plumbing division and are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to help build and lead it from the ground up.
Position Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded Master Plumber who wants more than just a job—you’ll play a key role in developing, structuring, and growing our plumbing department. You’ll have the autonomy to help shape operations, hiring, pricing, and long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and lead the plumbing division within the company
Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work
Ensure all work complies with Texas state and local plumbing codes
Assist in developing pricing structures, service offerings, and processes
Recruit, train, and mentor plumbing technicians as the department grows
Work closely with ownership to align plumbing operations with company goals
Maintain high standards of customer service and workmanship
Oversee permitting and inspections as required
Qualifications:
Active Texas Master Plumber License (required)
Proven experience in residential service plumbing
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Ability to work independently and make operational decisions
Experience with flat-rate pricing and service systems is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
