Master Data Coordinator

The Master Data Coordinator supports the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of master data across SAP and related systems. This role focuses on executing approved master data requests, validating required information, and ensuring records are entered accurately to support planning, procurement, production, and finance operations. Working closely with the Business Process Integration and Master Data teams, this role helps maintain strong data quality standards and supports the intake and processing of material, supplier, and related master data requests. We are looking for a humble and hungry candidate who takes pride in getting the details right, moves with a strong sense of ownership and urgency, and enjoys working cross-functionally to support teams across the business. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and motivated to continuously improve processes while ensuring our data remains accurate, reliable, and easy for teams to use.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute master data requests by creating and maintaining records in SAP and related systems

• Support setup and maintenance of materials, suppliers, and other operational master data elements

• Review submitted requests to ensure required information is complete before processing

• Coordinate with internal teams (Procurement, Planning, Finance, Operations) to gather missing data or clarifications

• Maintain request logs, intake trackers, and documentation related to master data changes

• Perform routine data validation checks to ensure consistency and accuracy across records

• Assist with mass updates, data cleanup, and system-driven data maintenance activities

• Support testing or validation of master data changes related to system updates or operational projects

• Follow established master data governance procedures and escalation paths

• Other duties as assigned or necessary

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, operations coordination, or administrative support

• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• Organized and able to manage multiple requests and priorities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems

• Strong communication and follow-up skills when coordinating across teams
