At BRM NAPA Auto Care, we’re looking for a seasoned Master Technician who’s been there, done that, and wants to get paid for it.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair all makes and models (~15% European)
- Handle everything from electrical diagnostics to engine/transmission work
- Work independently with minimal oversight
- Maintain high-quality repairs and low comebacks
Compensation
- Flat-rate, uncapped earnings
- $40–$45/hr starting rate
- Technicians averaging 100+ hours per 2-week pay period
- Top performers earning up to $140K+
Shop Environment
- 2 dedicated bays per Master Technician

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Optional Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Qualifications
- 10+ years of automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills (ASE certifications are a plus, not required)
- Ability to work independently on complex repairs
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check
