Master Aesthetician

Qualifications
Licensed Master Aesthetician (Virginia)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a medical aesthetics setting
Experience with Sciton devices (BBL, Moxi, Halo) strongly preferred
Experience with RF microneedling and laser platforms required
Comfortable being on camera and contributing to social media content
Strong knowledge of skin physiology and treatment protocols
Excellent communication, organization, and patient interaction skills
Team-oriented with a proactive, growth-focused mindset

Clinical & Treatment Responsibilities
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:

RF Microneedling
Microneedling
Laser Resurfacing (BBL, Moxi, Halo, and TRL/Tribrid protocols) -Preferred
Laser Hair Removal
Chemical Peels (superficial to advanced)
Hydrafacials and customized facials
Nano peels and micropeels
Plasma IQ and skin tag removal
Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans
Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and pre/post care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and device guidelines
 
Social Media & Brand Growth (High Priority)
Assist in creating engaging social media content (videos, before/after, educational posts)
Participate in and appear on camera for treatment demonstrations and educational content
Support the growth of the clinic’s online presence and brand recognition
Collaborate on ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and patient education content
 
Patient Experience & Front Desk Support
Provide exceptional, high-touch patient experience from consultation through follow-up
Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed:Greeting patients
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Supporting patient flow and clinic efficiency
Help guide patients through treatment plans and follow-up care
 
Operations & Clinic Support
Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and cleanliness to a high standard
Manage inventory and supplies, including tracking, ordering, and restocking
Ensure devices and consumables are properly maintained and available
Assist with daily clinic operations and workflow optimization
Support team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
