Spavia Sandy is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team. We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Sandy, Utah.
Earn $56-$63 per 60-minute massage including typical gratuity.
Base pay: $28-$35 per 60-minute service (based on experience)
Typical gratuity on a 60-minute service: approximately $28
Boost enhancements pay an additional $2.50 or $5 per service
Additional earnings available through advanced modalities, retail, and membership participation
Typical 5-hour shift (4-5 services):
$224-$315 per shift before boosts
Many evening and weekend therapists are 80-90% booked, creating strong and predictable income.

Evening and weekend availability required.

We offer a full variety of massage services including signature, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, and prenatal massage, along with enhancements such as CBD and percussion therapy. In-house training is provided.

Flexible full-time and part-time schedules
Typical shift: 5-6 hours (4-5 services)
10-minute reset between services to complete notes and prepare without rushing
Membership-based model supports repeat clients and consistent bookings
Focus on sustainable scheduling and therapist longevity
Provide customized massage therapy services (relaxation and therapeutic)
Recommend enhancements and services aligned with guest needs
Complete SOAP notes
Maintain a clean and professional treatment room
Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
Active Utah Massage Therapy License
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in good standing
Evening and/or weekend availability
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
W-2 employment
