Integrated Movement Therapy Institute (IMTI) is seeking a part‑time Massage Therapist to join a collaborative, growth‑oriented team focused on clinical bodywork, pain relief, and performance. We are specifically looking for therapists available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with a consistent part‑time schedule. This position, after a successful probationary period, can transition into a full‑time role for the right therapist. Compensation for the part‑time role includes a base salary plus commission, plus tips, along with opportunities for continuing education.
Part‑time positions include a salary base plus commission plus tips; Candidates must have a minimum of 8-10 years of hands‑on experience and hold an active CAMTC license in good standing.
The ideal candidate is highly coachable, a strong team player, and thrives in a structured, integrated care environment. Primary responsibilities include delivering high‑quality, evidence‑informed sessions in a medical or clinical‑style setting, using a range of modalities such as medical massage, neuromuscular massage, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, craniosacral techniques, and lymphatic drainage.
The therapist will perform thorough intakes and assessments, maintain clear and timely documentation, communicate professionally with clients and team members, and contribute to a positive, accountable clinic culture centered on outcomes and client experience. We specialize in early detection, movement quality, injury reduction, and long-term athlete development through an integrated Assessment → Corrective → Performance model.
