Position Summary

The Technical Training Instructor plays a critical role in developing the technical capabilities of Maserati dealership technicians, fleet technicians, and corporate personnel. This position is responsible for delivering technical training, supporting dealership learning needs, managing training operations, and ensuring compliance with corporate training objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led technical training in classroom and virtual environments

  • Partner with Service Managers and Regional Managers to identify and address dealership training needs

  • Coordinate New Model Launch training and annual training plans

  • Manage course scheduling, registration, completion tracking, and academy reporting

  • Maintain training facilities, equipment, vehicles, tools, and learning resources

  • Monitor dealership compliance with corporate training requirements and classroom utilization

  • Contribute to technical course development and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Maintain advanced technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and emerging technologies

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service diagnostics and repair procedures

  • Experience delivering instructor-led training, both in-person and virtually

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field

  • ASE Certification

  • Spanish language skills

  • Previous experience as a dealership technician and/or automotive technical trainer
