NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking an IT Project Manager (MarTech & Lead Management Transformation) to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US). REMOTE

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the modernization of the BPG Lead Management MarTech ecosystem. This strategic initiative aims to replace manual, fragmented, and legacy-dependent lead management processes with an automated, scalable, and integrated framework leveraging MuleSoft, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Oracle Eloqua.

The successful candidate will drive cross-functional delivery across business and technology teams, ensuring seamless implementation of lead ingestion, routing, nurturing, reporting, and analytics capabilities while maintaining governance, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the MarTech modernization program.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Drive Agile project delivery, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and execution.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, issues, risks, and change requests.
  • Business & Technology Coordination
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Digital Technology, Data, and Integration teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Oracle Eloqua, and related enterprise applications.
  • Facilitate business requirement gathering, solution reviews, testing, deployment planning, and production readiness.
  • Lead Management Transformation
  • Oversee delivery of capabilities including:
  • Lead capture and ingestion
  • Lead validation and enrichment
  • Lead scoring and qualification
  • Automated lead routing
  • Lead nurturing workflows
  • Third-party lead intake standardization and automation
  • Customer journey visibility and campaign attribution
  • Source attribution and campaign metadata integration
  • Reporting, dashboards, analytics, and KPI tracking
  • SLA monitoring and workflow audit capabilities
  • Data quality governance and operational controls
  • Governance & Stakeholder Management
  • Conduct project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting.
  • Provide proactive communication on project health, milestones, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with technical architects, development teams, QA, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational project management standards and governance processes.
  • Financial & Resource Management
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expense tracking.
  • Allocate and monitor project resources using Planview.
  • Track project financials, actuals, and resource utilization.
  • Coordinate vendor and cross-functional team deliverables.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8–12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years leading enterprise technology projects.
  • 8+ years of proven experience managing Agile software delivery programs.
  • 5+ years of strong experience delivering enterprise integration and digital transformation initiatives.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing projects involving:
  • Salesforce
  • MuleSoft
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Oracle Eloqua
  • 1 to 3 years of strong knowledge of lead management, CRM, and marketing automation processes.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with project governance, RAID management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Experience with Planview for resource allocation and expense accounting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with enterprise MarTech ecosystems and customer engagement platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations, API-based architectures, and middleware solutions.
  • Experience in marketing operations, lead lifecycle management, and customer journey analytics.
  • Familiarity with reporting platforms and business intelligence solutions.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications are preferred.
  • Experience working in large, global, cross-functional enterprise environments.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $50 to $65/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
