MarTech / Go to Market Ecosystem Technical Product Architect

This role sits at the intersection of AI, content systems, product engineering, and go-to-market strategy. You will play a critical role in shaping how complex platform capabilities, AI models, and real-time customer engagement systems are documented, communicated, and adopted across the business.

This isn’t documentation-as-usual. You will be helping to codify the future state of our Marketing Operating System (Marketing OS)—an AI-powered, real-time, omnichannel platform designed to deliver human-centered experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

+ Define and maintain strategic capability roadmaps across MarTech platforms, including CMS, DAM, CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), documenting evolution paths, dependencies, and maturity trajectories.

+ Translate go-to-market (GTM) needs into technology investment priorities and platform milestones, capturing both technical and business context in roadmap and planning artifacts.

+ Partner across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to manage interlocks, ensure alignment, and document end-to-end workflows, enablement materials, and system designs.

+ Create and manage executive-ready materials that align vision, capability maturity, and platform delivery timelines, translating complex concepts into digestible visual and written content.

+ Write, organize, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation across CMS, DAM, CDP, campaign orchestration, and AI-enabled personalization platforms.

+ Document core capabilities of Marketing OS, including GenAI tooling, real-time personalization, modular content delivery, and feedback-driven optimization systems.

+ Maintain a centralized knowledge system that aligns platform features with business outcomes, campaign operations, and governance playbooks.

+ Produce onboarding guides, taxonomy and metadata standards, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks for internal stakeholder enablement.

Qualifications

+ 5–10 years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, or platform strategy roles within enterprise technology or marketing organizations.

+ Deep understanding of MarTech platforms, especially Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, RTCDP, AJO, ACC v8), content and asset management systems, and campaign orchestration tools.

+ Experience documenting AI/ML concepts, personalization architectures, and real-time decisioning is highly preferred.

+ Demonstrated ability to write for both technical and business audiences, including engineers, data scientists, marketers, and executives.

+ Proficient with modern documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, GitHub, Miro).

+ Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, structure, and strategic framing.

What You'll Support

As part of the team, your work will document and scale the next generation of:

+ Unified Consumer Data Platforms – real-time identity stitching and segmentation

+ GenAI Creative Workbenches – content automation, variant generation, and reuse

+ Personalization Studios – cross-channel orchestration using AJO and internal decision engines

+ Feedback & Analytics Loops – performance telemetry and optimization frameworks

+ Agile Marketing Operating Models – scaled campaign pods, governance, and enablement
