Job Overview:
The Project Manager - Endless Aisle Marketplace serves as the central owner of operational execution and program delivery for UNFI's white label drop‑ship marketplace powered by Mable. This role is accountable for ensuring that marketplace initiatives-supplier onboarding waves, catalog launches, platform enhancements, financial readiness, and operational changes-are delivered on time, at quality, and in alignment with UNFI governance, compliance, and financial controls.
This role does not own category strategy or assortment decisions. Instead, it partners closely with Merchandising, Pricing, Finance, Technology, and Mable to translate strategy into repeatable, scalable execution. The Project Manager ensures the Endless Aisle marketplace operates as a reliable, enterprise‑grade extension of UNFI.

Sales Positions Only: For sales positions that are commission-based, the above range is an estimate of total potential commission-based compensation during an associate's first year, but UNFI offers an introductory period minimum of $680 per week. After the introductory period, as a 100% commission-based role, there is no set salary. UNFI's commission plans are uncapped and average earnings vary depending on territory and sales achieved, among other factors.
