Circle of Hope Services, Inc. is seeking a Community Liaison representative for the Houston area. Houston Circle of Hope is a behavioral health company that provides skill training, case management, counselling, and support to individuals that suffer from depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.

Position Overview:
  • The Community Liaison Representative directly serves as the liaison between the agency, the community, and referring agencies.
  • The Community Liaison Representative is responsible for creating demand for the agency’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods.
  • In collaboration with the Program Director, Community Outreach and Clinical Team, the Community Liaison presents a positive and professional public image of the agency within the community.
  • Will be paid incentive pay for each referral enrolled. (Amount will be discussed in interview).

Position: Territory Area Rep-Houston

Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Effectively build alliances and relationships that benefit the client and the agency. Basic computer skills (i.e., e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher and data base management.  
  • Must have experience doing community outreach work and marketing, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
  • Two years of sales experience desired, Valid Driver's License, insurance, your own laptop, cell phone and your own vehicle is required.

Territory Area Rep-Houston Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining long term relationships with potential referral resources with community partners; schools, churches, neighborhood centers, civic centers, corporations, hospitals and more.
  • Responsible for fostering and maintaining clear open communication with the management team with regards to your marketing efforts and outcomes. 
  • Responsible for maintaining a database of all referral sources and developing and maintaining a follow-up system that will be reported on a monthly basis.
  • Work closely with the Program Director and Community Outreach Coordinator to ensure marketing documentation is consistent with marketing strategies and processes.
  • Be the first point of contact with new leads who request services from Houston Circle of Hope.
  • Responsible for marketing efforts that will result in 3-5 clients per month.
