Marketing Supervisor - Chick-fil-A

We are seeking a Marketing Supervisor to help tell the Chick-fil-A story in our community and throughout our team. This individual will lead marketing initiatives, social media strategy, team engagement, and community connection efforts while supporting the overall mission and vision of our restaurant.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Supervisor at Chick-fil-A plays a key role in growing brand awareness, strengthening community relationships, and creating engaging experiences for guests and team members alike. This individual is responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, coordinating community and team events, and supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, people-focused, and passionate about using storytelling and hospitality to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivating Vision
- Pursue and fulfill our purpose and organizational values by providing a high level of care for the restaurant
- Support the Sr. Director of Sales in executing marketing strategies that align with restaurant goals and Chick-fil-A brand standards
- Reinforce the Winning Hearts Every Day (WHED) strategy through intentional storytelling, guest care, and community engagement
Marketing & Communications
- Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns that reflect the Chick-fil-A brand and local business goals
- Maintain marketing materials including readerboards, POP displays, community boards, and promotional signage
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, recruiting promotions, and people initiatives with restaurant leadership
- Support catering marketing efforts and assist with catering promotion when needed
- Manage marketing assets including the Chick-fil-A Cow costume, props, and promotional materials
Digital & Social Media
- Collaborate with leadership to create and maintain a social media content strategy
- Create engaging content using Canva, Spotlight, and other digital platforms
- Schedule and publish consistent social media content while capturing real-time engagement opportunities
- Monitor and respond to guest messages, comments, reviews, and CARES feedback in a timely manner
- Drive digital engagement by increasing followers, impressions, and community interaction across platforms
Photo & Content Creation
- Capture photos and videos that highlight team culture, community involvement, food promotions, and guest experiences
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule that aligns with Chick-fil-A brand standards and storytelling goals
Employee & Community Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing team member engagement events and celebrations
- Create monthly newsletters recognizing birthdays, anniversaries, and community involvement
- Brainstorm and execute community events and promotional initiatives that build brand loyalty
- Represent Chick-fil-A at local events, school partnerships, and community functions
Office Administration & Support
- Maintain office organization and communication duties including email, phones, mail, and CARES responses
- Support team recognition efforts through cards, celebrations, and appreciation initiatives
- Assist leadership with administrative support and documentation as needed
Operations Support
- Assist in restaurant operations approximately 15-20 hours per week to support guest experience and team collaboration
- Ensure all Chick-fil-A standards, systems, and policies are consistently followed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media management, hospitality, or related fields preferred
- Experience with Canva, social media platforms, and content creation tools preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and team members
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability:
- Minimum availability of 30 hours/week with flexibility based on restaurant needs
- Work 1–2 Saturdays per month/as needed
- Holiday availability required based on business needs
- Flexible schedule to support restaurant operations, marketing events, and community engagement opportunities
