Your future role at a glance:

Location: Hybrid

Department: Ministry Market Activation

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive brand growth and achieve core business goals for your assigned area.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and financial performance to evaluate return on investment and optimize the use of budgeted funds.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor attributes to identify high-value opportunities for patient engagement.
  • Maintain strict alignment with corporate brand standards to ensure a consistent, trusted identity across all marketing tactics.
  • Manage stakeholder and customer relationships to improve overall service delivery and align marketing efforts with operational needs.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Design, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, with a specific focus on healthcare or hospital marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation, social media management, and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns.
