Marketing Specialist

Marketing - Virginia Beach, VA

The Marketing Specialist will coordinate the production of multi-faceted direct mail projects from conception and design stage to delivery of completed product. This process includes creation of audience, component design analysis and approvals, print production, quality control, mail insertion, and adherence to all postal regulations. This is for all assigned direct mail projects going to Sepire and internal print jobs. Post-production includes analysis and the recording of mailing statistics. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN's Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.

The salary range for this position is $46,000-$50,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing
• Experience managing digital campaigns (PPC - Google / Microsoft Ads, Social - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Knowledge of Google or Adobe Analytics reporting or related analytics tool
• Data-driven critical thinker with high proficiency in spreadsheets combined with strong analytical skills and accuracy
• Knowledge of SEO and video optimization for news or broadcast media, a plus
• Prior experience in media relations, a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish professional rapport with all levels of CBN staff and external partners/vendors
• Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• Self-starter with ability to work independently, remain eager to learn, and collaborate as an effective member of a team
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field desirable
• Demonstrate a Christian example, attend, and actively participate in scheduled chapels, prayers, and other spiritual activities.
