Position Overview
This role executes day-to-day marketing activities across three connected brands: O3 World (a digital product consultancy), O3 XO (an AI consultancy), and the 1682 Conference (a curated annual executive event focused on AI and business innovation). The Brand Marketing Specialist supports leadership's marketing strategy through consistent content execution, brand stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a remote-first role, but you must be based in or near Philadelphia or DC and available for in-person meetings, client events, and on-site conference support.
Content Execution
Execute a weekly content and social cadence across all three brands: drafting, publishing, and distribution
Write and edit across formats: LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, case studies, one-pagers, website copy, and event collateral
Keep brand materials current and sales-ready, including decks, one-pagers, and capability statements
Embrace and maintain a consistent voice and tone across all three brands
Client & Event Support
Coordinate case study development, including outreach scheduling, interview support, and content drafting
Support client visibility efforts by helping promote client events, initiatives, and milestones
Represent the brand professionally in client-facing and event settings as needed
Execute event marketing for the 1682 Conference and other O3-hosted events: promotion, registration support, speaker coordination, and on-site logistics
Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and venue partners in the lead-up to events
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with leadership to support messaging, campaign rollout, and new business initiatives
Help keep marketing initiatives organized and moving forward by tracking timelines, deliverables, and internal inputs
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and contractors as needed
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months, this role will help establish a consistent marketing rhythm across O3, O3XO, and 1682 by:
Establishing a reliable content cadence
Developing client work and events into marketing assets
Ensuring brand materials are always current and sales-ready
Supporting the promotion and execution of the 1682 conference
Moving marketing initiatives forward consistently and not stalling
Must-Haves
Based in Philadelphia, DC, or proximity (remote-first, but available for in-person as needed)
4-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, tech, or consulting
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong writer with the ability to adapt voice and tone across multiple brands and audiences
Proven content and social execution skills with a portfolio to show
Event marketing support experience
Professional and confident in client-facing settings
Self-directed and organized, able to manage multiple workstreams with clear direction
Comfortable using AI tools for production and workflow
Nice-to-Haves
Hands-on HubSpot experience
Working knowledge of WordPress and/or Framer
Google Analytics, AdWords, and paid social (Meta/LinkedIn)
Familiarity with the AI, consulting, or professional services space
