Marketing Specialist

Marketing SpecialistBrisbane

The Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of national marketing initiatives across Liebherr-Australia's Mining division, with a strong focus on digital marketing performance, audience engagement, and content-led storytelling.

The role is responsible for creating and managing platform-specific content and marketing assets across digital, social media, campaigns, events, website, and customer communications, ensuring content is tailored to the audience, channel, and business objective to maximise engagement and effectiveness.

A key focus of the position is digital attribution, analytics, and campaign optimisation, including tracking performance across channels, analysing audience behaviour, measuring ROI, and providing insights to continuously improve marketing outcomes and customer engagement.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, the Marketing Specialist manages projects end-to-end while maintaining brand governance, consistency, and high-quality execution across all touchpoints.

This role is available in either Brisbane or Perth branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, content, and brand channels
• Partner with Sales, Customer Support, and global stakeholders to align marketing priorities
• Support pipeline development through consistent, targeted marketing activity
• Drive data-led insights, reporting, and campaign performance tracking through platforms like Google Analytics and Social Media Management tools (Emplify or equivalent)
• Maintain brand consistency and governance across multiple regions

About you

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• At least 5+ years experience in Marketing with a focus in social media and content strategy - preferably in a blue collar industry (desirable)
• Solid background in content creation and exposure to Meta Suite and LinkedIn
• Experience with Adobe Suite platforms (Premier Pro, Illustrator etc) and Canva
