Your Tasks
Creation and implementation of regional marketing plans to achieve business and sales targets. Planning, coordination and execution of regional events, including trade shows and conferences. Close collaboration with the global marketing team and regional sales manager.

Translating Product and Market Requirements Translating product and market requirements into marketing messages, creating content and communicating it effectively to the regional market.
Executing Market and Segment-Specific Campaigns Executing market- and segment-specific campaigns, account-based marketing plans and taking responsibility for lead generation programmes to develop qualified sales leads, grow the pipeline and increase brand awareness in the region.
Overseeing Marketing Strategy for Partners and Sales Channels Overseeing the marketing strategy for partners and sales channels to prioritise strategic partners for joint marketing activities.
Monitoring Progress and Measuring Results Monitoring the progress and measuring the results of all key marketing campaigns by regularly reviewing the pipeline and tracking business deals.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, business development or a related field. 1-2 years experience in marketing, preferably in industrial sector / manufacturing industry.
Required Skills Familiar with digital marketing, marketing automation and ABM. Ability to produce content in different formats: e.g. video, blog, social media, etc. Knowledge on Salesforce, (Hubspot) + Pardot, 6Sense, Demandbase, Google Analytics, Creative Cloud is appreciated. Knowledge of the machine vision or automation industry is a plus.
Desired Qualities Must be collaborative, able to multi-task, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional & virtual team in a matrix organisation. Willingness to travel nationally and, if necessary, internationally.
