Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Pay: $ 50K – 60K Annually

Location: Honolulu, HI

We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Specialist to join the Sullivan Family of Companies, supporting brands including Foodland, Food Pantry, and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships that drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and produce promotional programs and campaigns, partnering with our sales, digital and creative teams to develop exciting offerings and bring them to life through owned media channels
  • Generate ideas for new promotional efforts across all brands
  • Bring increased awareness to brands and/or locations through creative and cost-effective marketing strategies
  • Evolve and expand existing programs to drive traffic to stores and strengthen customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive traffic and sales through effective marketing strategies
  • Coordinate development of marketing materials with the creative team
  • Analyze promotional performance by program and report results in a meaningful way
  • Serve as the expert and primary point of contact for executing loyalty-based promotions
  • Write copy for weekly promotional campaigns, in-store signage, and various promotions
  • Support the marketing department on various projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • 3+ years of marketing and/or related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
  • Experience in retail marketing a plus
