    SUMMARY

    Responsible for supporting organic growth by developing effective business strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders and ensuring efficient and timely completion of sales and marketing initiatives to promote continued growth and profitability within area of responsibility. Responsible for developing marketing plans, executing campaigns, supporting producers, coordinating events, facilitating opportunity creation, developing proposal and RFP responses, and measuring marketing effectiveness.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manages and delivers marketing efforts within assigned business units by developing effective marketing plans and supporting growth initiatives.

    Identifies opportunities for increased business by effectively presenting sales information, analyzing and communicating results, building and maintaining internal and external relationships and providing information and tools that support the achievement of writing new business and retaining renewals.

    Develops and executes marketing plans by partnering with various stakeholders and potential stakeholders, to support sales goals, company initiatives, and growth objectives.

    Builds and maintains a wide network of contacts within production territory and target market industry.

    Supports producers through campaign briefs, presentations, marketing materials, social content, follow-up tools, proposal support materials and RFP/RFI responses.

    Reviews and formats presentations prepared by others for clients, prospects, educational programs, industry events and producer meetings.

    Activates and localizes national campaigns across email, digital, social, webinar, event and content channels.

    Coordinates campaign execution and engagement activities to support producer follow-up efforts, opportunity creation and business growth objectives.

    Plans and executes local events, sponsorships, seminars, webinars and engagement programs.

    Tracks campaign engagement, event performance, producer adoption, lead activity and marketing-influenced outcomes; prepares reporting and analysis for leadership.

    Serves as a resource for sales team statistics, reporting and business information requests.

    Maintains agency management system data standards and data integrity.

    Supports Salesforce CRM and related sales and marketing systems.

    Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

    Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Two (2) or more years related work experience

    Valid Property & Casualty plus Accident & Health Licenses in appropriate states

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Good problem solving and time management skills

    Advanced analytical skills

    Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills

    Strong Project Management Skills

    Ability to create, review and finalize professional presentations, proposals and executive communications

    Ability to analyze campaign, engagement, sales and marketing performance data and communicate findings effectively

    Ability and motivation to work independently

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
