We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Demant Diagnostics U.S. Marketing Hub team. This role supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the U.S. Diagnostics market, working closely with cross‑functional partners including Global Strategic Marketing, Diagnostics Brand teams, and Sales. The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in campaign execution, lead management, and ensuring marketing activities are aligned, measurable, and effective across brands and channels.

 

This is a hybrid role, based out of our offices in either Eden Prairie, MN or Arlington Heights, IL.

 

The salary range for this position is $65,000–$80,000, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Head of U.S. Marketing Hub (USMH) and Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) teams to establish, calendarize, and execute against a written U.S. Marketing Plan for 2+ Brands and/or Diagnostics sales teams.
    • e.g., MAICO, Interacoustics & Virtualis, Benson/Tremetrics, Occupational Health / Balance Sales Specialists, e3 Diagnostics, or Supplies.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Dx Brands and Sales teams to continually establish plans and align expectations. Work with GSM teams to gather metrics and share key learnings.
  • Develop and submit campaign briefs. Coordinate with GSM teams to request resources, monitor progress, and review & approve final deliverables.
  • Consistently utilize project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Assist in monitoring lead generation performance against U.S Marketing Hub goals and evaluating effectiveness of campaigns and resources. Ensure all incoming leads are received, tracked, and appropriately assigned within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and advertising vendors to analyze performance metrics (e.g., paid search) and make recommendations to improve results and budget efficiency.
  • Maintain U.S. based websites, implementing simple updates and changes as needed to ensure accuracy and overall site health in coordination with Brand teams and Global Digital Marketing.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish social media content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign calendars.
  • Build foundational knowledge of relevant products, services, and customer needs to support effective marketing execution.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in medical device, diagnostics, or manufacturing environments
  • Hands‑on experience supporting marketing campaigns across one or more channels (e.g., digital, email, website, events, or paid media)
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Brand, Digital, or Global Marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Analytical mindset with experience evaluating campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Proficiency with project management tools and comfort working in a structured, deadline‑driven environment
  • Experience with website content updates, social media coordination, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), or paid media is a plus

Travel: 

  • This position may require up to 10% travel.
