We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Demant Diagnostics U.S. Marketing Hub team. This role supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the U.S. Diagnostics market, working closely with cross‑functional partners including Global Strategic Marketing, Diagnostics Brand teams, and Sales. The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in campaign execution, lead management, and ensuring marketing activities are aligned, measurable, and effective across brands and channels.
This is a hybrid role, based out of our offices in either Eden Prairie, MN or Arlington Heights, IL.
The salary range for this position is $65,000–$80,000, based on experience.
You will be a great fit if you are organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with hands‑on experience supporting campaigns across digital, email, web, or events—and if you enjoy working closely with Sales and global partners to turn plans into action.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in medical device, diagnostics, or manufacturing environments
- Hands‑on experience supporting marketing campaigns across one or more channels (e.g., digital, email, website, events, or paid media)
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Brand, Digital, or Global Marketing
- Familiarity with CRM and/or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Analytical mindset with experience evaluating campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Proficiency with project management tools and comfort working in a structured, deadline‑driven environment
- Experience with website content updates, social media coordination, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), or paid media is a plus
Travel:
- This position may require up to 10% travel.
