Position Overview
A nationally recognized pediatric healthcare organization is seeking two Marketing Specialists to support integrated marketing initiatives across clinical service lines and internal departments.
This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional with broad campaign coordination and project management experience. The Marketing Specialist will help plan and execute multi-channel campaigns designed to increase patient volume, strengthen referral relationships, and build brand awareness.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, tracking timelines and budgets, and coordinating campaigns from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support patient volume, referrals, and brand awareness.
- Partner with Digital Marketing, Communications, clinical service lines, and other internal teams to develop and launch marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Attend stakeholder meetings to understand departmental goals, identify marketing needs, and coordinate campaign execution.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, tracking tools, reporting dashboards, and status updates.
- Coordinate requests for marketing materials across internal departments and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to support marketing strategies.
- Track campaign budgets, deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and help evaluate marketing results.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across marketing materials.
- Support the testing and implementation of new marketing opportunities and initiatives.
- Organize research findings and prepare reports or presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- One to five years of relevant marketing experience.
- Meaningful and directly relevant internship experience may be considered.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Comfortable tracking budgets, timelines, campaign activities, and performance.
- Proficiency with project tracking, reporting, and standard business productivity tools.

- Healthcare, hospital, life sciences, or healthcare services marketing experience.
- Experience conducting market research or competitive analysis.

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to social media, public relations, content creation, or digital marketing-and who lack broader campaign and project management experience-may not be the right fit.
Interview Process
- First Round: Approximately 45 minutes with the hiring team.
- Final Round: Interview with an additional leader or cross-functional panel.
