Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Description

Assist with the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive patient volume, referrals, and brand awareness. Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Communications teams to develop and launch impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to support marketing strategies.
  • Attend client and stakeholder meetings to understand service line goals and coordinate campaign execution.
  • Track campaign budgets and measure marketing performance and success.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Support the testing and implementation of new marketing opportunities and initiatives.
  • Organize market research and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices.
  • Create and maintain project tracking tools, timelines, and reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate marketing material requests across internal teams, including Marketing, Communications, Service Lines, and other departments.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor"s degree required.
  • 1-5 years of broad marketing experience (internships can count if relevant).
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable tracking budgets, timelines, and campaign performance.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous marketing experience.
  • Healthcare experience is helpful.
  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, or reporting is a plus.
  • Healthcare marketing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Work Environment

The position offers a hybrid work environment, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
