Marketing Specialist

Atlas Roofing Shingles, Underlayments & Ventilation division is seeking a Marketing Specialist for the Atlanta, GA corporate office.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen the Atlas brand, increase contractor engagement, and support divisional business objectives.

Marketing Specialist Primary Responsibilities

Social Media Program Management

• Manage the day-to-day execution of the division's social media strategy across all platforms with the leadership of the senior marketing manager .
• Develop publishing schedules, coordinate content creation, manage community engagement, and monitor analytics.
• Support paid and organic social media campaigns aligned with divisional marketing objectives.
• Identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to strengthen Atlas' digital presence and contractor engagement.

Display & Activation Management

• Manage the planning, development, deployment, and maintenance of distributor showroom displays, merchandising programs, point-of-sale materials, and promotional activations.
• Coordinate the production, inventory, and distribution of display materials, signage, and other marketing assets with the senior graphic design specialist .
• Evaluate display opportunities across distributor locations and recommend strategies that improve product visibility and customer engagement.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure displays and marketing activations are executed on time and within budget.

Para Latinos Program Support

• Support the planning and execution of the para-Latinos contractor engagement program.
• Coordinate bilingual contractor events, marketing materials, and Spanish-language resources with the senior marketing specialist.
• Assist with translation and localization of marketing collateral, presentations, videos, displays, and educational materials.
• Support outreach initiatives that strengthen engagement with Spanish-speaking contractors and distributor partners.
• Assist with the ongoing development of culturally relevant marketing content and contractor engagement strategies.

Department Administration & Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of sales presentations, contractor resources, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Atlas brand standards and messaging guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel: Approximately 30%.

Marketing Specialist Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, field marketing, or brand marketing.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital content programs.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Keynote, and marketing automation platforms is preferred.

Marketing Specialist Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Spanish language proficiency is preferred (verbal and written).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns across digital and field channels.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and sales organizations.
• Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze marketing opportunities and recommend practical improvements.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining Atlas brand standards across all marketing initiatives.

Marketing Specialist Education, Licenses & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• High School diploma required
