## Job Description
This marketing specialist is central to the Universitys ability to protect its brand and reputation to internal and external stakeholders. The position impacts the Universitys ability to attract and retain students; promote the institutions successful outcomes and philanthropic efforts and contribute to ongoing efforts to stakeholders in programs that support student, faculty and staff satisfaction.
This marketing specialist supports the Universitys Auxiliary Services with smart, data-driven marketing solutions. The position is a member of the central Office of University Marketing and Communications and works closely with the AVP for Auxiliary Services. The specialist supports key campus partners, including the Early Learning Center, Thompson Student Union, the Student Recreation Center, University Housing and campus events, and collaborates with external vendors for parking and dining with a focus on brand strategy and alignment, customer experience and growth opportunities for long-term success.

## Work Conditions
Works in an open, professional office environment with possible high stress levels. While working hours are typically standard business hours, employees should be prepared to work some evenings and/or weekends as required for special events.
Typical Hours: 8:15 am - 5:00 pm
