Job Summary:
The Marketing, Sales & Events Coordinator supports the execution of marketing, sales, and event initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth across all Insignia Event Services, Sportsman's Park, Heritage at Sportsman's Park, and events at State Farm Stadium. This role contributes to content creation, social media management, graphic design, digital marketing campaigns, sales support, and live event activations across Insignia Event Services properties and events.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and self-motivated, with a passion for marketing, events, and the sports and entertainment industry. This individual demonstrates a commitment to delivering high-quality work, communicating effectively, and working positively with others in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Design on-brand digital and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Write and edit compelling marketing copy aligned with brand voice and SEO best practices
- Manage and update website content via CMS and maintain organized marketing asset libraries
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and key marketing metrics
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to inform data-driven decisions
- Capture and publish real-time event content, including photos, videos, and social media stories
- Support on-site event execution including setup and breakdown
- Respond to guest and client inquiries across social media, email, and phone while maintaining professional and brand-aligned communication
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, community activations, and on-site promotions, tracking results throughout
- Provide administrative and operational support across Marketing, Sales, and Events as needed
- Support team success by stepping in where needed and maintaining a collaborative, team-first approach to execution

- Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of marketing, social media, or content creation experience
- Experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to support brand awareness, audience engagement, and sales initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Photography, short-form video creation, and basic editing skills
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on projects
- Creative thinker who stays informed on industry trends and brings innovative ideas to support marketing and sales objectives
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be available to work non-traditional business days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
