Responsibilities of the Marketing & Sales Assistant
- Collaborate on marketing projects by preparing sales materials and assisting with initiatives that spotlight AT&T mobile devices and data plans.
- Interact with residential customers to educate them on AT&T smartphones, data plan features, and available upgrade options.
- Strengthen sales efforts by handling follow-up tasks, customer profiling, and coordination that lead to successful AT&T mobile activations.
